SecurLOCK Equip is an app allowing Washtenaw Federal Credit Union members to control how, when and where debit cards are used. It allows for protection from fraudulent transactions by alerting you with notifications whenever your card is used. Members now have a simple and secure way to manage and monitor payment transaction activity directly from their smartphone.
What are the benefits?
There is nothing like peace of mind when it comes to your finances. Using the SecuLOCK Equip mobile app, you can protect your card directly from your phone:
- Switch card on/off - Lock or Unlock cards with a single touch. Auto-lock turns on a card for a specified time or for a certain number of purchases, locking it afterward.
- Instant Transaction Alerts - Act instantly on real-time transaction alerts.
- Spending Controls - Set spending limits
- Transaction Controls - Set merchant categories (grocery, retail, gas, travel, etc.) and transaction types ( ATM, online, recurring charges, etc.).
- Location Controls - Limit card activity by location, by usage to a region on a map or keep cards only active around their person
1. Download the mobile app to your Apple® or Android® device.
2. Open the app and select “Allow” to receive notifications.
3. Register by clicking “Sign Up Free”.
4. Create a Username and Password.
5. Follow the instructions to register your debit card.
6. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
7. SecurLOCK Equip App is now ready to use.
